Is it easy to return items?
Absolutely! You'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid - deducted from refund - shipping label via email just enter it above and you are all set!
Please note: Every order (not item) must be shipped individually so only add items you checked off - into the return or you will not be refunded for those added items as the system is automated and does not know you added them in :)
I live nearby can i just drop it off?
Unfortunately, we no longer accept "dropbox" returns. Any return that is just dropped off - may be donated to a local charity.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are confirmed by us, you'll get your refund typically within 24-48 hours.
I missed the return deadline can you make an exception just for me?
Long answer: We would love to make exceptions for everyone and essentially accept returns forever - but we also want to be able to provide you with a wardrobe for many more years - so we really can't.
Short answer: No
Can i ship using my own carrier, I have better rates?
The system is automated and refunds you based on the label it gave you for the item you chose to return. So if you create your own label - you may not see a refund until it is manually processed - which is done when we clean for chometz :)
Why is my refund missing about $7?
We do not make any profit on return shipping. The system charges USPS rates based on the items weight. One item is generally from $3-$5 and 2 or more about $7. Additionally, shipping to you $1.99 is not included in the return.
Do you mind if i tell my friends how awesome you are?
We'll make an exception just for you :)
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 10 days.
- From the date of purchase (not receiving).
- Items must be in brand new/unused condition.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Anything worn/used.
- Sale events are Final sale.
No-one wants to wear, sell, or see a defective item. So if you feel you are the lucky one, please email a photo of the item with a brief description to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your photo is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
